This role is focused on relationship management and will closely collaborate with many teams across Zoom, including briefings and updates to senior leadership and executives. In addition to strong leadership and communication skills, you will need to have deep familiarity with product/web security vulnerabilities and the ability to implement tools, techniques and procedures to enhance the operational effectiveness of our PSIRT program.
You will establish, enhance, and monitor the processes and metrics that define the day-to-day operations of this program. As part of our Security Assurance umbrella, our Security Engineers are focused on finding and fixing product/application vulnerabilities for all Zoom products. The PSIRT team at Zoom is responsible for handling the most high-impact, critical application vulnerabilities in Zoom products, and ensuring they get fixed quickly.
